Julie Hay is a past president of both the European and the International Transactional Analysis Associations, and an internationally accredited Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst with Organisational & Educational specialisms. Julie has over 30 years experience as an 'ordinary employee', supervisor, staff representative, manager, trainer and consultant in industry, local government and the public sector. She is also a Licensed Trainer of NLP.

Julie's courses are highly regarded, very practical, and fun to be at.
