The underlying philosophy of transactional analysis
is one of mutual and self-respect and caring. The wide range of
TA theories and techniques are easy to understand and use. They
apply equally well in social, family, educational and organisational
settings and can be used by individuals and groups.
This tape set, which was recorded live during one
of the officially-recognised
Introductory Courses in TA run by Julie Hay, covers an internationally-agreed
syllabus which will introduce you to the full range of TA concepts.
Julie Hay is
a past president of both the European and the International Transactional
Analysis Associations, and an internationally accredited Teaching
and Supervising Transactional Analyst with Organisational &
Educational specialisms. Julie has over 30 years experience as an
'ordinary employee', supervisor, staff representative, manager,
trainer and consultant in industry, local government and the public
sector. She is also a Licensed Trainer of NLP.
Julie's courses are highly regarded, very practical,
and fun to be at. She is a regular presenter at international conferences
and author of Transactional Analysis for Trainers, McGraw-Hill

and Building Relationships at Work, Sherwood 1993, and Donkey
