Returns and Refunds Policy

If any item we send you arrives in a defective condition, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We may ask for the return of the damaged item(s); if so, we will refund the cost of postage for this.

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We offer the same facility to those outside the European Union.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item less our post and packing costs provided you return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact).

Due to the nature of the goods we provide, we will only refund your costs in returning items to us when the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.
