Julie Hay is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and a Licensed NLP Trainer. She has combined TA concepts with NLP techniques to produce a series of potent and intriguing teaching options. All of Julie’s training aids contain balanced content, so that the strengths as well as the problems are illustrated. This makes it easier for participants to accept their own results.

Ego State Questionnaires : 2 simple, easy-to-complete questionnaires are available. These help participants recognise their own balance of styles and provide an excellent way to stimulate discussion and raise awareness.

Working Styles Questionnaires : 2 simple questionnaires - one to help people recognise their own working styles and the other to consider what styles they think their managers have. Fun to complete and illuminating! Let’s them see why they get on with some managers better than others!

Working Styles Pen Pictures : short descriptions, with unisex names, of people demonstrating the good points and pitfalls of the 5 working styles, or drivers: Hurry Up, Be Perfect, Please People, Try Hard and Be Strong. These amusing pen pictures can be used to introduce participants to working styles. They can spot their own preferences or identify the people they have most difficulty with!
